User Registration (Optional):
Users are required to get registered before they can add any product to the cart. This user registration information will be available to admin under “User Management” section. This helps the visitor save cart information and make the purchase at the later time.
Administrator can mark any product as a featured product. These featured products will be displayed on homepage to get more focus of the visitor.
Product browsing by category and keywords:
The user is able to browse the products in pre-defined categories (unlimited numbers) and also by keying in a keyword in a search box. The search results are displayed as product listings.
Product listings with brief description:
Users can view all the products of a particular category on this page. If the number of products exceeds more than a pre-decided number (generally 10 or 20), remaining products listings will be moved to next page and so on. Next pages can be accessed through page numbers shown at the bottom of this page.
Detailed Product Page:
This page appears when the user clicks on a product image (or “Details” tab) on a product listings page. Here, user can view the complete details of the selected product. This page contains large size product images and more detailed information about the product.
Add product(s) to cart:
User can add product to the shopping cart and check out at a later stage.
User can purchase all the products he/she has added to the shopping cart. Before purchasing the products, user is required to fill up a form to provide information regarding personal details, address, shipping address etc.
Manage Products – Unlimited products can be added and various attributes like sizes, weight, and color options can be set.
Manage Categories – Create and edit unlimited product categories and sub categories.
Manage Orders – You can view the orders placed by customers and can manually change the status of orders like pending, dispatched, completed.
